5L-2000L、LYR系列真空均质乳化设备

  我公司开发生产的第三代均质机,是在引进设备的基础上改进的,是目前国内生产中高档乳化,膏霜类产品中高档乳剂,膏霜类产品必备设备,设计合理、工艺先进,各项技术参数均可与国际同类产品相比美,比意大利TE-3型和日本YQ型真空均质入画锅均质系统系统的剪切效果好,物料均质后细腻均匀、光亮度特别好。均质机工作时可根据物料粘度的不同情况,关闭锅体与均质机管路之间的阀门进行内循环和外循环均质,可以保证全部物料有机会均等乳化。该装置结构新颖,乳化效果好,能耗小,使用可靠,采用优质不锈钢管材、锻件,经过精细加工而成。锅内外抛光处理,美观大方。该设备在锅台上装有独特的视镜装置,配有封闭式照明灯,供操作人员随时观察物料乳化情况。整套设备加热、冷却在同一夹套内完成,夹套外设有硅酸铝保温层,层外有抛光至镜面的不锈钢装饰板,一则可节省加热,冷却时间,二则可防止操作工人烫伤,确保生产安全。

  The third generation of homogenizer developed and produced by our company is that improved on the base of importing equipments and is a necessity for producing middle and high rate emulsion and cream type products domestically at present,reasonable design and advanced techniques,with various technical parameters paralleling with the same class products internationally,better than the vacuum hom-ogenizing system of homogenate emulsion pot of the ltalian TE-3type or the Japanese YQ type in respect of shear effect,with fine and smooth and unform material of extraordinary brightness after being homogenized.When the homogenizer is in operation,depending on the different viscosity of material,the valve between the pot body and the pipeline of the homogeniser shall be closed to carry out homo-genizing of inner and outer circulation,so as to guarantee equal emulsion of whole material.The structure of the apparatus is novel,with better emulsion effect,lower energy consumption and more reliable employment,made throught fine processing with stainless steel pipe material and forgings of premium quality.The inner and outer faces of the pot have been polished ,aesthetic and graceful.The equipment has been installed with a unique sight glass device on the pot platform,with a closed lighting lamp,for the operating personnel to observe emulsion of material anytime.Heating and cooling of the whole set of equipment shall be finished in the same jacket.at whose outside,an insulation layer of aluminum silicate is furnished and at the outside of the layer,a stainless steel decoration plate polished to mirror surface is furnished,firstly saving heating and cooling time,secondly preventing scald of operators to ensure safe production.
   
  乳化锅乳化过程是在全密封条件下进行的,锅内物料通过均质机的高速内循环剪切混合乳化,上刮板搅拌器在运转时产生里离心作用,使四氟刮板紧贴锅壁,有效的解决了锅壁沾料问题,有效防止了灰尘和微生物的污染,乳化后的产品光亮细腻。均质机的转子叶片采用特定的渐开线经线切割加工而成,转子叶片上具有流体的喂入段、剪切段和研磨段,喂入段确保流体喂入研磨,剪切段提供流体强力剪切,研磨段使流体得到有力研磨,这种多功能的结构为多种配方提供保证。均质机定子为长槽孔,保证流体具有大的通量和特效剪切。转子与定子的间隙小(0.3-0.6mm),为物料的研磨提供保证。均质机的机械密封和轴承采用瑞士fryma结构,运行可靠,无泄露,确保锅内的高真空度。
  本均质机是利用转子的高速运转产生的离心力而形成的真空,把锅内物料吸入均质机腔体,在经离心、剪切、研磨,由定子多排长槽孔高速流出,具有循环量大、剪切、研磨、撞击和闪流的特点。本均质机使用的配方种类多,可使w/o、o/w乳状液的颗粒直径达到稳定的状态(1-2um),制成的膏体富有光泽、细腻、延展性良好。
